Do you help all employers or only specific industries?
No company is too big or small. Holistic HR Solutions is committed to helping all employers of all sizes. Our clients range from medical, cannabis, retail, to non-profits.
How are you different than an hr consultant?
We are HR consultants that do so much more. We offer bilingual services in Spanish to support our Spanish speaking small businesses. We mold to your existing processes. We are hands-on, meaning, we can go on-site and learn your HRIS, speak to employees and managers, and charge by project or hours, you decide, we are flexible.
What states do you operate in?
Liz and Marlene are both LA natives. We are remotely located in Los Angeles, CA but support clients throughout the U.S. We currently support the following states: CA, NY, FL, VA, MD, OR, WA, TX, NJ, with more soon to come.
I have 100 employees, will I be charged a lot more?
100 employees is considered an established company, however, the answer to this question is contingent on the level of support you will need. We offer flexible pricing to our clients as well as different payment options, please reach out to us directly if our services are of interest but pricing isn’t feasible at this time.
I am the owner and handle HR myself, can you still support me?
Absolutely! We understand some things are easier in-house, it’s your business and you want to be able to do it all (until you can’t). We get it. However, at some point as you grow, your employees may not feel comfortable going directly to you, the owner, for some of their concerns. Think of us as HR on demand. We can be the face of HR when issues arise but keep you in the front seat for everyday tasks.
I dont have any employees yet, can I still use your services?
Of course! We have clients with no employees, however, they have family members who help run the shop. While it is a family-run business, policies and compliance are still important, even more so when it is time to let a beloved member part ways.
